DESCRIPTION:La Sexta Reunión de la Conferencia Regional sobre Desarrollo 
 Social de América Latina y el Caribe es organizada por la Comisión Econ
 ómica para América Latina y el Caribe (CEPAL) en conjunto con el XVI For
 o Ministerial para el Desarrollo en América Latina y el Caribe del Progra
 ma de las Naciones Unidas para el Desarrollo (PNUD). Durante el encuentro\
 , al que asistirán autoridades de las áreas sociales de la región\, se 
 presentará el documento "América Latina y el Caribe a 30 años de la Cum
 bre Mundial sobre Desarrollo Social. Hacia un pacto mundial por el desarro
 llo social inclusivo” y se llevarán a cabo seis paneles que tratarán a
 suntos de relevancia en materia de desigualdad\, pensiones\, salud\, prote
 cción social\, inclusión laboral\, malnutrición y políticas de cuidado
 \, todos temas identificados como prioritarios en dicho documento y en la
  Agenda Regional de Desarrollo Social Inclusivo.\nThe Sixth Meeting of th
 e Regional Conference on Social Development in Latin America and the Carib
 bean is organized by the Economic Commission for Latin America and the Car
 ibbean (ECLAC) in conjunction with the 16th Ministerial Forum for Developm
 ent in Latin America and the Caribbean of the United Nations Development P
 rogramme (UNDP). During the meeting\, which will be attended by authoritie
 s from the region's social sectors\, the document "Latin America and the C
 aribbean 30 Years After the World Summit for Social Development: Towards a
  Global Compact for Inclusive Social Development" will be presented\, and 
 six panels will address relevant issues related to inequality\, pensions\,
  health\, social protection\, labor inclusion\, malnutrition\, and care po
 licies\, all topics identified as priorities in that document and in the
